Mike Samuels

Mike Samuels

Founder & Principal

Mike Samuels’ credentials speak for themselves. With over two decades in the real estate industry, he leads the firm's strategic development and investment activities, acquisitions, partnerships and investor relations. Mike is dedicated to the mission he set out to achieve when he founded Eden Properties – to help imagine and shape places that exceed stakeholder expectations.

Mike’s roots in real estate are deep; having grown up in a family of real estate developers, he started his own path in the Boston real estate market after working with developers in New York and New Jersey in his early years. Since then, Mike has become an accredited LEED GA, and has developed both urban and suburban environmentally friendly projects, including residential condo and apartment buildings, commercial retail and office space, and even single-family homes. Before founding Eden Properties, his experience in Boston includes working at Samuels & Associates where he was an active part of the early revitalization of the Fenway neighborhood. Since the launch of Eden Properties in 2014, he has led the acquisition or development of over 70,000 square feet of commercial space, and more than 500 residential units.

An avid volunteer, Mike is giving of his time to the community and philanthropies where he feels connected to their missions, such as Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Vilna Shul, JDRF, and Joslin Diabetes Center. When Mike isn’t working or volunteering, you’ll find him spending time exploring New England with his three sons.

Noah Maslan

Noah Maslan

Principal

Noah Maslan moves the Eden mission forward on a daily basis to give rise to thriving places. With nearly two decades developing transformative and complex real estate, he leads the firm’s development, acquisitions, and overall management. He is a problem solver that flourishes on the challenge of developing real estate that exceed neighborhood and investor expectations while solving difficult problems with real constraints. He likes to say that “thinking creatively inside the box is key to success in any project." With vast experience working on community-driven, urban real estate projects, real estate isn’t just his job, it's his passion-and it shows.

Previously the Director of Real Estate at Urban Edge, Noah’s experience spans product types including market rate and affordable housing, office, retail, and community facilities throughout Greater Boston. Noah is a graduate of Syracuse University, holds a Masters of City Planning from MIT, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Noah’s passions go beyond real estate, as he lends his time to coaching his son’s little league baseball team, is a member of the 2Life Communities Board of Directors and Real Estate Committee member, as well as a member of the Urban Edge Real Estate Committee. He also enjoys running, biking, and is an avid outdoorsman.

Joseph Clancy

Joseph Clancy, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Joe is a business, financial and administrative executive with deep credentials in the industry and over 35 years of experience. His background encompasses a broad range of supervisory and hands-on responsibilities, having spent over 30 years working with the Samuels family.

Given his expertise in a range of financial, real estate and operational capacities, Joe has been critical in the success of the firm. He is presently engaged as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for several other interests and companies of the Samuels family, with substantially all of these businesses in the real estate development, leasing, and management industry.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, Joe is also a graduate of Boston College. When not taking care of business, Joe is an avid sports fan, enjoys the great outdoors and values precious time with his family, spending most of his free time with his wife Kathy and their two adult children Bret and Brigit.

Sasha Weinreich

Sasha Weinreich

Director of Portfolio Management

Sasha works to ensures Eden’s strategic vision is successfully achieved day in, day out. As the Director of Portfolio Management at Eden Properties, Sasha Weinreich is responsible for overseeing the daily and strategic operations of all company assets. She also drives communications between Eden Properties, tenants, and the communities they serve, and leads portfolio initiatives where she is always thinking about adding value to places people live and work.

Sasha’s passion for real estate started at a young age and continued to develop both at Babson College while receiving her Bachelor’s degree and again at Brandeis University while she was pursuing her Master’s degree in Economics and Finance. Prior to working at Eden, Sasha directed the asset management of a $200 million portfolio of real estate assets located across the United States while working for a New York based real estate firm.

Sasha is an active member of her community, serving in various local volunteer roles, as well as being a member of CREW Boston and several other real estate and economics related organizations. She enjoys spending her free time on the ocean, or exploring local beaches and parks with her husband, son and their two rescue dogs.
