Completed in 2016, Eden Properties redeveloped the underutilized former AAMCO service station into a new Avis/Budget car and truck rental location. The Eden Team worked closely with the community and Avis Budget to relocate Avis/Budget from 95 Brighton Avenue to make way for Eden’s BLDG 89 development. The 9,952sf parcel includes a free-standing retail and garage building, as well as truck and car parking.
