Northgate Apartments is a 179-unit Class B garden style apartment community located in Newport County, one of Rhode Island’s most stable and affluent submarkets. The property was acquired in 2014 by Eden Properties as a value-add project, and was fully amenitized within the first year of ownership. During the last four years over half of the apartment units have been renovated, and as long-term investors we will continue to renovate apartment units and make upgrades to the property.
